NOTE: Always check with your printer beforehand to find out if your artwork should be submitted with a Bleed. Most printers will require a full bleed, but some do not. (For instance, Fedex Kinko's does NOT require a Bleed.)
What is Bleed? "Bleed" is a printing term used to indicate the area that will be trimmed off after the file is printed. A Bleed is only required when color/artwork extends to the document's edge.
!HINT: To save on printing costs, Project Profiles can be printed front and back.
Just submit any 2 files to your printer and instruct them to print both front and back.
