When unloading the shipment
- Count and sort block by type and size
- Note any discrepancies in detail on the
- Bill of Lading
Discrepancies:
- Have the driver sign your copy (otherwise you may not receive credit)
- Contact Greenblock shipping ASAP 1-866-820-1820
Drag or carry bundles with the nubs facing up
- To avoid damage
- For ease of installation
- Reduces the chance of foreign materials becoming embedded
When blocks arrive out of shipping packages
- Stack them on their sides or ends
- If possible stack them on cardboard or the slab
- Keep the nubs free of dirt and debris

TIP: Do Not stack Imperial 8” on sides.
